Modern Taekwondo Center ( in Dorchester, MA ) offers a traditional belt program, which teaches teens Sport Taekwondo. Teens learn to set goals and how keep focused and motivated. We can get your son or daughter into the best shape of their life, and teach them to defend themselves without aggression or violence.
This is a practical Sport Taekwondo program. Your child will learn a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes, as well as weapons training with kama blades and bo-staff.
